TERMS OF WEBSITE USAGE: This website is owned and operated byThe Roudenbush Community Center, Inc. (TRCCI)( roudenbush.org). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors community class offerings, community events, children center information. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY - Our programs are supported totally by fees; therefore, full refunds are not given for withdrawals. In the event you would like to withdraw, you will receive a refund as follows: · If a participant withdraws from a program at least seven days prior to the start date a refund of the cost less 25% processing fee will be given. · If a participant withdraws from a program less than seven days prior to the start date, no refund will be issued. · No refunds are given for trips or special events.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY - If, in the event Roudenbush cancels a class, we will call participants and issue a full refund.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY OF A MINOR - I/We, as parents/guardians of registered minor, hereby consent to his/her participation in the TRCCI Programs and to his/her use of the TRCCI facilities and equipment. I/We further agree to release and hold harmless TRCCI and their employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability or expenses arising out of any incident involving, or any account of any injury to the above-named minor in connection with such program. I/We further consent to emergency treatment by a physician in the event of injury to, or illness of our child during his/her participation in this program. I/We accept full responsibility for all costs for any such emergency treatment.
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION - I/We, as parents/guardians of registered minor, hereby consent to the taking of videos and photographs of my/our child in any community education class or at any community event which may be used in the promotion of the TRCCI Programs.

ROOM RENTAL TERMS - I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRCCI, its officers, employees, and instructors from and against all liability, claims, suits, damages, losses, and expenses including attorney fees, threatened or incurred, and arising from any activities, or equipment used during rental. A certificate of liability may be required for your rental. Rental is limited to the agreed upon room(s) only. You agree to leave the room in the condition you found the room. All rentals require an adult to be present at all times. Renter is responsible for clean-up of the room. Birthday Party Room Rentals - all fees are due at the time of booking. Please purchase your party online. Room rentals for classes, seminars etc a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, deposit is non refundable within 14 days of the event. Remainder of rental fee is non refundable and due 5 days before the event. All cancellation will be charged a $25 fee will be charged.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS - TRCCI retains all rights to the TRCCI Logo, reproduction without consent is not allowed.

Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
