Room Rentals
Host your next event at the Roudenbush Community Center, where you can rent a variety of rooms or even the gym for your celebration. Whether you're planning a birthday party, meeting, or special event, Roudenbush offers flexible spaces to accommodate your needs. The gym is perfect for active, fun-filled birthday parties, while rooms can be set up for gatherings of all sizes. With a kitchenette, and plenty of parking, Roudenbush provides everything you need to make your event memorable and hassle-free.
Rental Options & Policies
At Roudenbush, you can rent a room by the hour for meetings, classes, or business events. You can also host a course over several weeks or offer your own classes for months. Availability is dependent on the schedule. Once your room rental contract is returned, a staff member will contact you to confirm details, rates, and send an invoice.
Rates & Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is due within 72 hours of submitting the contract.

The remaining balance is due 5 days before the rental date.

If the rental is within 5 days, full payment is due upon submission of the contract. An invoice will be sent for payment.

For after-hours rentals, instructions on building access will be provided along with a key code. For after-hours support, please call (978) 496-xxxx.

Renters are fully responsible for ensuring the building is cleaned and locked at the end of the rental.
Long-Term Contracts:

A monthly payment schedule will be set up. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, with a late fee charged on the 10th if payment is not received.
